Advisor Executives are those who take care of all learning activities of students in our online English course at NativeX. The Advisor Executive who is expected to be not only a tutor but also a partner will support students to learn, make them motivated and move their English skills forward.
Key responsibilities:
• Follow all learning activities of students to motivate them to learn gradually and get improved, support to timely solve all problems based on scripts and FAQs.
• Cooperate with other departments to handle all issues if any.
• Participate in building and upgrading caring process or CRM system in a more smooth and convenient way.
• Do other development tasks when manager requires

Graduated from English Teaching, English Language or relevant fields.
• Have a degree or English ability equivalent to IELTS 6.5
• At least 1 year of experience in the position of English teacher, English tutor, Customer Service Specialist or similar positions.
• Working in English training organizations and projects is preferred.
• Resistant to high pressure at work
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Has logical thinking, well organized. Being progressive and willing to learn.
