- Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with PM and developers to understand software requirements and design.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Ensure that testing artifacts are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on any patterns or trends in software defects.
- Test Execution:
- Execute test cases, ensuring the software performance, reliability, and stability.
- Identify, log, and prioritize defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address critical issues
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design and development to ensure testability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and highlight any potential risks or issues.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Minimum of 4+ years proven testing experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools (Postman, JMeter or similar tool), and processes.
- Able to utilize Jira bug management system.
- Good analytical skills and communication skills
- Good knowledge and Hands-on experience with load testing, usability testing.
- Proficient with MS office.
- Having knowledge about SQL: the ability to create fast and efficient database queries, including joining and cross-referencing cells from several tables.
- Good command of English including reading, writing, and effective communication with teams.
- Having ISTQB certificate is preferred.
