• Conduct analysis of business and user needs to understand requirements.
• Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
• Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/documents that can be used by the Software Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
• Work closely with the development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions to requirements.
• Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
• Understanding well all integration points of the system such as CRM, Call Center, Distribution Management System (DMS), Inventory system, Document Management system, etc.

Undertake other tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Candidates have 3 years of experience or more.
• Graduate or have experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role in IT Systems Development with an understanding of web service based integration.
• Good integration experience across various platforms such as web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of databases such as MSSQL, PL/SQL Oracle query. Specifically about technology: MS technology.
• Ability to learn and work with new technologies.
• Work under pressure and have self-awareness.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users.
• Prioritize long-term commitment.
• Having experience working with suppliers/partners is an advantage.
• Communicate well in English (4 skills: Listening - speaking - reading - writing)
• Ability to perform pre-sales work
• Candidates have experience working in the Bank.
