- Working with students to improve their knowledge of IELTS, necessary skills.
- Providing study practice opportunities for students in coordination with lesson outcomes and teacher expectations.
- Providing feedback to students based on their needs and expectations.
- Preparing for lessons with care and attention to outcomes.
- Participating in training with a view to professional development.
- Marking mock tests upon request.
- Openly receiving and addressing student and client satisfaction.
- Do spot checking at school.
- Class observation.
- Report monthly or quarterly about the status of the teaching development.
 Professional development
- Commitment to professional development at SIMPace including regular observations by Academic Management.
- Undertaking any development/ training opportunities suggested by management.
- Participating in meetings which related to the curriculum, administration. organization of the school, training programe.

- Bachelor’s degree level or above.
- Minimum of 7.5 on the IELTS exam; 7.5 in IELTS reading and listening preferred.
- At least 2 year experience in teaching IELTS
- At least 1 year in a team leader or manager role
- Deep knowledge of the IELTS exam.
- Experience with learning management systems is an advantage.
- Highly organized and able to work within deadlines
- Receptive feedback and willingness to undertake professional development
- Good at training; management; team building and leadership/ ownership
