WORKING LOCATION: Work from home, work in the company 1 day/week (Friday)
WORKING TIME:
Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
Flexible schedule by week, or fixed depending on individual needs.
Average working time 46.5 hours/week
2 days off/ week, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support partners to handle order problems;
Support customers using English, Korean and Vietnamese;
Receive, investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, improve the company's services;
Manage and maintain customer information database;
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
