Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial market through market mapping, networking, referrals, cold outreach and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including multinational corporations, local manufacturers, factories, industrial service providers and engineering companies.
- Meet with clients to understand their business operations, organizational structure, hiring requirements and talent challenges.
- Provide consultation on recruitment strategy, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, market trends and competitor hiring activities.
- Prepare recruitment proposals, negotiate service terms and manage client accounts throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve individual revenue, placement and business development targets.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from receiving job requirements to successful candidate placement and post-placement follow-up.
- Develop a strong understanding of industrial positions across functions such as Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technical Sales, Project Management and Factory Leadership.
- Source candidates through internal databases, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job platforms and direct headhunting approaches.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical capabilities, industry experience, career motivation, cultural fit and salary expectations.
- Prepare professional candidate profiles and present qualified candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and maintain effective communication between clients and candidates.
- Support offer negotiation, reference checks, resignation management and onboarding follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pool for current and future industrial recruitment assignments.
