Looking for Business Analyst having experiments in Banking Domain
Dedicate time to generating new business, pitching clients and running projects
Writing BRDs, FSDs
Needs to liaise internally with another team member, client, stakeholders
Coordinate UAT and be involved in production implementation
Support PO, PM to prioritize requirements by assessing and documenting their impact
Defining and finalizing business requirements and reporting them back to PO,PM, stakeholders
Contributing to a data-driven culture

Good understanding of Banking Domain
Good understanding of database, data processing of Banking Domain
Business Analyst experience of 2-3 years is mandatory in Banking Domain
Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organization’s context
Ability to envision and design end-to-end business processes keeping an eye on the details
Ability to analyze/identify how a process design change might impact people, processes, an organization as well as technology
Ability to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Demonstrable experience of leading the day-to-day work of a small team
Should have good command in communication (both written / oral)
