- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
- 12 remote days per year for full-time employees. Each month, they will be granted 1 day.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Have experience with smart contract projects is a big plus, especially with a strong understanding of Rust.
- Can describe consensus, understanding how a blockchain platform works is a must
- Have knowledge and experience in one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Solidity, Golang, Rust, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript
- Smart, enthusiastic/quick-adaptive with new technologies
- Knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
- Knowledge & experience of cryptography is an advantage
- Knowledge & experience of P2P networks is an advantage
- Knowledge & experience of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code is an advantage
