Warehouse Operation (Outsource Contract) Samsung SDS Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Branch

1. BROAD SCOPE:

• General support of operation in Food stuffs warehouse

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inventory (IB & OB) management

- Check inbound /outbound volume planning and manpower plan to meet target

- Monitor daily inbound and outbound as plan

- Monitor FEFO status

- System management & support Local distribution daily.

- Daily/weekly/monthly do cycle count to control inventory correctly

- Monitor 5S, safety in warehouse

2. Productivity management

- Monitor detailed manpower plan to meet the target productivity

- Regular check productivity onsite in order to take prompt action if delay.

- Have improvement mindset in the warehouse to increase productivity and warehouse performance

3. Claim solving management

- Support claim team to clear claim cases from customers

- Analyze the root causes and make improvement plan

- Support leaders to solve irregular cases happening daily

4. Report management

- Monitor lead-time report to customer

- Defect, damage, return products reports

- Regular report (KPI, Inventroy management, Cycle count, 5S, Safety report) to management

5. Other job assigned by WH Leader/ Management

• Graduating from high school or higher
