We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our User Experience team. As a UX Writer, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to craft copy that enhances the user experience across our digital products. Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips, and instructional content.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that content aligns with the overall user experience design and brand voice.
• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate the effectiveness of content.
• Create and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency and quality across all product copy.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into user-friendly content.
• Participate in design reviews and provide content strategy and writing expertise.
• Continuously iterate on copy based on user feedback and data analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, technical writing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in UX writing and content design.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that meets the needs of the user.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
