Transportation Staff (Outsource Contract) Samsung SDS Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Branch

1. BROAD SCOPE:

• General support of operation in Food stuffs warehouse

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage daily transportation plan (Local distribution)

- Check inbound /outbound volume planning and manpower plan to meet target

- Make detail plan of receiving, weighing, assorting, dispatching

- Monitor manpower booking plan to meet target productivity

- System management & handle Local distribution daily.

2. Productivity management

- Monitor detailed manpower plan to meet the target productivity

- Monitor KPIs of transportion vendors

3. Cost management

- Monitor transporation cost and other cost (materials, consumable cost, equipment...)

4. Claim solving management

- Support claim team to clear claim cases from customers

- Analyze the root causes and make improvement plan

- Support leaders to solve irregular cases happening daily

5. Report management

- Monitor lead-time of report to customer

- Regular report to management

- Lead the process of KPI report

6. Other job assigned by WH Leader/ Management

- 100% gross salary during probation;

1. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

• Graduating from college or higher

1. EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year experienced in logistics, warehouse operation; distribution warehouse is preferred.

• Honest, able to work under high pressure
• Good problem-solving skill
• Able to work well independently and in team
