Strategic purpose of the position:
- To execute standard for brand images at point of sales and support the expansion of quality distribution by developing and implementing trade activities on time in full.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and manage execution of trade activities as per Commercial calendar
1. Brand & Trade Activities:
- Develop below-the-line activities (BA mechanics, outlet mechanics, retailer mechanics...) in cooperation with Brand team
- Implement documents (PAF, PR, act process, monitoring template, sales briefing & payment) in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Manage POSM and work with BA to support brand events & trade activation
2. TONT Outlets Efficiency:
- Develop, deploy, track performance and action plan
- Perfect store model: follow up, tracking and action plan to improve.
- Take lead Trade Activation at TONT outlets with perfect execution in-store.
- Develop Push & Pull activities to support Sales team & BA Team to drive performance.
3. Data & Performance Analysis
- Conduct tracking, analyse performance data and reports to help evaluate execution excellence in the market
- Collect market data, draw insight and recommend response
