If you are a student or a fresh graduate who is eager to gain the very first working experience in HR, especially Total Rewards field and get a chance to approach one of the most modern human capital management system in the world, join our team and you will:
- Prepare data for HR system SAP SuccessFactors – Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) module (managed by Total Rewards team) as requested template.
- Manage data and support employee about well-being benefit (health insurance, accident insurance)
- Support in employee engagement activities, hearing sessions, policy communication,… by preparing communication material (poster, invitation, communication gifts, presentation slides,…) 
- Administration of task schedule and progress to team members and other stakeholders.
Moreover, be a member of Total Rewards team, you will:
- Be trained on employee’s performance management, job evaluation, job grading, etc.
- Assist Total Rewards team with admin tasks.
- Performing other tasks as requested.

- Have chance to approach modern HR system – SAP Successfactors, IPE Mercer,…

- Certificate after internship period.

- University student major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or any related majors.
- Passionate interest in HR, especially in compensation and benefits, digital HR transformation.
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under tight pressure of project’s timeline.
- Good in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office tool.
- Ability to use design software is an advantage.
- Can work full-time during the 3-month internship is prefer.
