Source and attract fresher candidates by using databases, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok...) and other various channels.
Screen candidate resumes/ profile and application forms.
Approach to fresher candidates and introduce about job opportunity at HCLTech Vietnam.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Establish and maintain a database of candidates.
Other tasks as assigned.

Monthly Allowance.
Successful candidates will be trained all required skills.
Build connection with professionals in IT industry.
Chance to be converted to official staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Linguistics or related field required
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines
Experience as a similar junior HR role/ event organizer/ English trainer is a plus
Experience with MS Office
