1. Recruitment:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with CEO and clients.
- Collaborate with HR manager to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
2. Administration:
- Provide general office support and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Act as an assistant to the CEO by handling various tasks and projects.
- Coordinate and place orders for office supplies, water and food as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
