Material import / export with factories in EPZ
Follow shipments to / from Earable, execute customs declarification data together with couriers
Co-ordinate and follow up both domestic & international freight shipment 
Keep track of material inventories and update pricing, ETD/ETA for issued orders
Sourcing, gathering then collecting potential suppliers that meet the company’s requirements 
Coordinate closely with Finance & R&D Team to complete the material orders on time 
Reach out and communicate with Supply Chain partners (materials supplier, manufacturer, carriers, and others when needed) 
Achive, manage and update SCM Documents (NDA, contracts, PO released, Quotations, Invoices, Communication Matrix, Order tracking documents...)
