Sourcing Senior (Fabric/Accessory - Garment Field) CÔNG TY TNHH DỆT MAY THYGESEN VIỆT NAM

To ensure the supplier network will be established and maintained in a professional approach and meet the requirement of Garment technical development and sample making

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

1. Search and update the suppliers' database

· Search for suppliers, get price quotation to inform Sales department as per request of fabric & accessory sourcing

· Update the database of yarn/ fabric/ accessory and suppliers

· Negotiate price, MOQ, development & purchase terms

2. Suppliers relationship management

· Participate in fairs, visit suppliers;

· Review the purchase order history and assess the quality of suppliers

· Re-negotiate with suppliers to hit the target of cost reduction

3. Provide information and support for garment development

· Ask for samples and update information for Sale

· Act as the focal point and work with the Sale team to develop materials with suppliers in the sample development phase.

· Research and update trends, technology and new types of yarn/ accessory/ fabric in domestic and international markets

· Support by handling arising problems related to materials quality

· Good command of written and spoken English
