Job Overview
The Consultant/Senior Consultant – Financial Services & Technology will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services for clients within the Financial Services and Technology sectors.
The role focuses on candidate sourcing, client management, business development, and market research. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and professionals across banking, insurance, fintech, investment, software, data, cybersecurity, cloud, digital products, and other related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job briefing, market mapping, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations, hiring needs, organizational structure, and candidate requirements.
- Source and engage potential candidates through recruitment databases, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, direct search, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ experience, technical capabilities, motivation, career expectations, and cultural fit.
- Prepare professional candidate profiles and provide clients with clear recruitment recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and professionals within the Financial Services and Technology markets.
- Develop new clients and identify business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and senior stakeholders.
- Develop talent pools across banking, insurance, securities, fintech, payments, risk, compliance, finance, investment, software engineering, data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud, IT infrastructure, and digital products.
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments while ensuring service quality, timely communication, and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate client, candidate, and recruitment activity records in the company’s recruitment management system.
- Achieve individual targets related to recruitment activities, placements, revenue, and business development.
