We are seeking a BI Analyst who can quickly jump in and make an impact. You will excel in storytelling, communication, visualization, and how to create action from metrics.
What you'll be doing:
Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
Help RETI to focus on key decisions to improve revenue, products, and customer services.
Develop and automate reports, and dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for business priorities.
Support ad hoc requests and identify ways to improve scalability and enable self-service drill-downs within the BI tool.

4+ years of business analytics/business intelligence/financial analysis experience.
Experience in Sales/Marketing with a solid business-oriented mindset is a plus.
Proficiency in using SQL, and Excel. Experience in programming languages (Python) is a plus.
Proficiency in using Power BI.
Utilize a strong business acumen: knowledge of how to design KPIs, diagnostic metrics, and benchmarks, including how to set effective targets to drive optimal outcomes.
Ability to prioritize deliverables, manage projects with multiple stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
Good communication skills - verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, exercise critical thinking, and clearly and concisely communicate complex problems and recommendations to different audiences.
Curious and eager to learn new things. Creativity and ability to collaborate with others.
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
