- Welcoming, talking and answering customers' questions about the company's products and services
- Consulting on features and utilities of products and accompanying services
- Support customers to choose suitable products, services & after-sales support
- Receive warranty information, return warranty at the Showroom and hand over to other depts.
- Support to collect money from customers
- Monitor the status of products consumption and make reports to Management
- Keep working areas is clean & clear (product and shelves)
- Make sure the product name plate, the price match the displayed products
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
