Our client is a leading enterprise in Vietnam in the field of steel design and manufacturing, currently seeking suitable personnel to join the company.
- Conduct market research, identify prospective clients, and develop new business opportunities in the steel structure, pre-engineered steel building, and industrial construction sectors.
- Proactively gather information on potential projects and establish connections with project owners, design consultants, general contractors, and other partners within the construction industry.
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of relationships with B2B clients and relevant project stakeholders.
- Provide professional consultation on appropriate solutions and present the company’s capabilities, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the technical, cost estimation, design, and project management teams to develop suitable and competitive proposals.
- Monitor quotation and tender documentation, negotiation progress, and the client’s review and approval process.
- Participate directly in negotiating commercial terms and facilitate the contract finalization and signing process.
- Follow projects throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through contract completion and project implementation.
- Maintain strong client relationships, address arising issues, and identify opportunities for further business development.
- Develop business plans, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare periodic reports on project progress, sales performance, and market conditions.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend solutions to improve overall business performance.
- Perform other business development-related duties as assigned by the company’s management.
