- Welcome guests to dine at the restaurant.
- Clean utensils and set up dining tables at the beginning of the shift according to restaurant standards.
- Receive food and drink orders from customers; advise and help customers choose suitable dishes.
- Assist guests in paying bills and greeting guests when they leave.
- Clean the dining table and set up a new dining table to serve other guests.
- Clean utensils and set up dining tables and ordering areas.
- Observe the quantity of food and drinks and notify the kitchen and bar departments to replenish them promptly.
- Add utensils: plates, cups, spoons, glasses, napkins, etc., to ensure enough quantity to serve guests.
- Fulfill demands from clients.

- Prepare, meet, and greet clients in accordance with five-star service standards.
