- In charge the overall day to day operations of the Front Office departments (Front Desk, Concierge, Call Center & Business Center, Executive Lounge)
- Ensure the proper work of the operations in all area of the Front Office.
- Create a magnifique Front of House impression for guests and patrons, ensure highest standards for arrivals, departures and during guests’ journey at the hotel
- Be an Ambassador to represent Metropole’s hospitality culture.
