Quality Control Staff BSS Group

To ensure a precise understanding of deliverable requirements and acceptance criteria, review and assess client-specific needs and the scope of projects/tasks.
Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts for human and/or automated system testing. Define test scenarios.
Putting into practice the proper test cases, which may include creating test strategies, scenarios, and test cases as well as analyzing and modifying test data.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and retesting of defects through resolution.
Collaborate with project team resources to understand and prioritize testing efforts.
Complete tasks and project deliverables on schedule and within budget in order to ensure efficient and effective operations service delivery.
Usually given many projects that range in complexity from simple to substantial or one large project.
Assist in the evaluation of present procedures and make suggestions for their enhancement.

Salary: $300 - $600 (review every 6 months).

Coverage of ISTQB certification fee and other advanced testing courses.

6-month to 1 year experience in any field
Pre-intermediate English reading and writing ability, and a basic understanding of e-commerce.
Having knowledge of Javascript, PHP, Magento or working in an Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
Self-motivated, well-organized and strict attention to details.
