We are seeking 01 Quality Control Leader (both Manual & Automation test) working in Hanoi.
As a QC leader, you will be responsible for working closely with our development and business teams to ensure excellent quality of software products and meeting user requirements. We choose microservices for technology freedom, resilience, and scalability, though there will be a lot of communication between services and tons of metrics we need to keep an eye on.

The successful candidates will join the existing QA/QC team and will take part in designing and developing testing capabilities. This includes maturing, as well as executing and maintaining the current testing logic.

Education:
Majoring in Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Mechatronics and related fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as Tester or QC engineer.
At least 06 months/1 years experience in a Leader position.
Have experience in management software, Payment system, Insurance...
Excellent in creating a test case, test plan;
Confident to execute multiple types of the manual test; automation test
Good understanding of HTTP prototype, and RESTful APIs;
Be able to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively;
Confident to write SQL queries to retrieve data from the database;
Follow up the implementation of software in accordance with company norms, standards, and methodology
Good knowledge of the testing process, quality models, standards, ability to understand clients’ needs and create test strategies;
Familiar with Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and documents;
Learn new technologies and tools as business needs change and effectively incorporate them;
Good analytical and report writing skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently – self-directed.
Being able to write and execute automation test script with Selenium web driver is a plus;
Automate repetitive tasks with bash script, Python other scripting languages is a plus
Be passionate, willing to learn
Good understanding of performance and load testing (JMeter).
Experience in SQL Queries.
Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Test-Driven Development (TDD);
Experience in API testing using Postman or SOAPUI.
