- Proactively develop and cultivate relationships with customers within your scope of responsibility.
- Take responsibility for building and coordinating relationships across multiple levels between customer organizations, developers, design consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, the company, and other relevant parties.
- Take responsibility for developing the company's position within your customer base or market area.
- Manage and provide sales forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints with relevant departments within the company.
- Record customer information and contact details, and maintain customer data.
- Take responsibility for channels, potential customers, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budget and pricing objectives.
- Verify the content of orders received from customers to ensure alignment with negotiation outcomes, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety.
- Maintain comprehensive information on project opportunities, potential projects, and market scans.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
