- Define business/functional requirement through the discussion with the customer
- Adjust the scope of the contract
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Make the entire WBS
- Manage the assign, progress and quality, risk and issue of multiple projects
- Make the plan and execute the service launch
- Give the feedback to the team members on 1 on 1 meetings
- Join recruitment process of developers, testers
- Join HR assessment process
- Make the strategy of development team of 1 year
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Experience of project management for at least 3 years
- Experience to discuss and negotiate with customers in uncertain situation of a project
- Experience to make estimations toward potential customers
- Experience the design docs such as basic/detailed design, non-functional requirements, system architecture, etc.
- Communicate fluency in English or Japanese (we will evaluate during the interview)
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Nice to have:
- Hold PMP certificate
- Experience to make the curriculum of the training
- Have the clear opinion who Vietnam IT industry should grow after the offshore center from now on
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
