We are looking for process QAs who will help in reinforcing the software development process. You will do this through your deep understanding of the development process, providing internal audit, guidance throughout the project life cycle and involving in continuous improvement to adapt high quality delivery of our software services.
Responsibilities
- Define the process for each type of project.
- Audit and monitor the process compliance of projects in accordance with quality standard process.
- Consult and guide project teams in defining/developing processes, procedure, guideline, templates, and checklist.
- Work closely with management and other departments to establish measurement & analysis systems to measure performance of projects.
- Involve in process improvement.
