Pricing Manager Tập Đoàn Stavian (Stavian Group)

• Directly manage Pricing Department to achieve the department’s KPI on freight target, timeline and service quality.
• Analyse market trends, assist in provide pricing strategies for BOD.
• Develop agent network and oversea branch of OPL Logistics
• Monitor payments, Credit/Debit with carriers/agents/vendors
• Record and analyze monthly report on volume, price and operation effectiveness.
• Build strong relationship with current & potential agent/forwarder/shipping lines, especially develop strategic relationships with the "core" carriers
• Be responsible for the training and development of pricing staff
• Work closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers
• Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean product of the department
• Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees.
• Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.

• At least a university graduated, majoring in Business, Economics, Maritime, or other related field.
• At least 5 years working in a Forwarder/Logistics Company, and 2 years in a similar position
• Have a strong command of English, especially in communication
• Good communication, negotiation & analysis skills
• Excellent customer service attitude and leadership skill
• Work independently or in a group with high-pressure
