- Collaborate with the production team to gather and monitor vendor performance metrics, including volume, delivery time, and quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to establish agreed-upon actions to address issues with vendors and from vendors to the production team.
- Follow up on the agreed-upon actions between the vendor and the production team
2. Coordinate with production TS (Technical Support) and QS (Quality Control) to provide technical training for vendors.
- Identify quality issues and request additional training for vendors as needed.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training and the quality performance of vendors post-training.
3. Explore additional variants to be outsourced to vendors.
- Collaborate with the production team to compile a list of variants that need to be outsourced to vendors.
- Arrange training sessions for vendors on new variants.
- Follow up and request additional support from vendors to ensure successful performance with new variants.
