In charge of ZTE Data, Network or GPON product, give technical support to customer
- Support solving the technical problems during and after installing and co-missioning equipment
- Daily maintenance for ZTE Data, Network or GPON product
- Joint the process of project certificate(HOC/ PAC/ FAC)
- Support sales team for any technical queries.
- Handle the products warranty/ system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
- Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.
- Complete other job assigned by supervisor/ manager

- Strong technical knowledge of IP, network, telecommunication products and computer science

- Willing to travel in domestic
- Can communicate in English or Chinese (Verbal and Written)
