Operations Intern ( Thực Tập Sinh Điều Hành) EXO Travel Vietnam

Responsibilities:

• Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries
• Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground. Support Team in update data into Tourplan software
• Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

• 3,4th year student study in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field
• Good command of written and spoken English or French/ German. Other language is a plus
• Has a professional mind-set and a passion for travel and his/her work
• Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software)
• Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
