MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Looking for and securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy. Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Advise and assist in operation work
Coordinate with other departments to promptly solve related arising problems
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the Building and ensure operational activities remain on time.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable of Tenants, issue debit notes to Office Tenants, upload payment on the SAP system.
Other job as assigned by Team Leader and Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

More than 5 years of relevant experience in leasing (has office leasing or worked in leasing agents is a must) and operation management.
Understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Has presentation, negotiation, and effective interpersonal skills.
Strong oversight skills.
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software and an active aptitude for learning new application
Fluent in English
orking knowledge, and management software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
