- Looking for and securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy. Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Advise and assist in operation work
- Coordinate with other departments to promptly solve related arising problems
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the Building and ensure operational activities remain on time.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable of Tenants, issue debit notes to Office Tenants, upload payment on the SAP system.
- Other job as assigned by Team Leader and Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in leasing (has office leasing or worked in leasing agents is a must) and operation management.
- Understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Has presentation, negotiation, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong oversight skills.
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of general business software and an active aptitude for learning new application
- Fluent in English
