Purpose:

We are developing a business with focusing on produce new products from idea, development and production. A multi graphic design is person who has strong ability to create new communication assets (including text, images, audio, POS,...) to support commercial team deliver sales performance regarding increase engagement with shoppers. You must do more for new creation than adaptation in term of communication assets because we’re almost new product development

Job Description:

• Conduct research and brainstorm with marketing team on media techniques, online trend and design ideas base on product portfolio and marketing trends
• Collaborate with marketing and other designs to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects
• Create and propose original artwork, layout for digital image processing.
• Prepare artwork and media for final approval and distribution
• Design and adapt attractive multimedia content and communication assets according to website, Fan page, Instagram, EC shop, store, POS specifications; and sometime for packaging development
• Perform media edits bases on user feedback.
• Conduct & support marketing team in photo and video shooting (propose idea, layout and be a stylist if need to help deliver nice photo from studio and model)

University or college degree in graphic design, product design or multimedia design

Speak and listen English at basic level

Knowledge of color, typography, detail, and other design elements to graphic & media tool

Love creativity & be able to identify marketing & communication trends

Collaborate effectively with marketing and think outside the box regarding problem-solving

Understand about fashion & quick catching viral trend is a plus

At least 2-years of working experience in a relevant role in multimedia design or graphic design; prefer designer has experience in fashion / music / studio

• Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.

Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation.

Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
