Job Description:
Gear Inc is seeking QA for our Moderation teams (Full-time). Ideal candidates will join our team to:
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality's product;
Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.

Have at least 1-year experience in customer support, service analysis;
Have content - moderation - related skills is preferable;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;

Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
