MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Work directly with customers to design and execute automated test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
Perform automation testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

13 months’ salary per year.
Evaluate salary annually.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, with a focus on automation for web or mobile apps.
Proficient in automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java or any other programming languages.
Experience in testing APIs and using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Proficient in working with SQL.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Redmine.
Ability to estimate and manage own workload.
Ability to research and adopt new testing tools and methodologies.
Must have the ability to assist in the mentorship and guidance of junior quality engineers.
Must have strong English verbal and written communication
