- Work directly with customers to design and execute automated test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Perform automation testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, with a focus on automation for web or mobile apps.
- Proficient in automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java or any other programming languages.
- Experience in testing APIs and using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Proficient in working with SQL.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Redmine.
- Ability to estimate and manage own workload.
- Ability to research and adopt new testing tools and methodologies.
- Must have the ability to assist in the mentorship and guidance of junior quality engineers.
- Must have strong English verbal and written communication
