- Act as the bridge between Product Owner and Development team to assist the best decision making, ensuring product competitiveness retained but technical feasibility guaranteed;
- Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners;
- Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements;
- Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product;
- Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications;
- Define features and product enhancements that meet business objectives and problems that target users are faced with;
- Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement change;
- Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity;
- Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter;
- Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
