Duties include but are not limited to:
• Design and develop mechanical components and systems in compliance with company procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Manage the entire product development process, from prototyping and testing to manufacturing, using the Blacksheep system.
• Conduct calculations and simulations to ensure the proper functioning of designed components and systems.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of project components and materials.
• Collaborate closely with international project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement and execute quality control processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Provide procurement support to the hardware team, including purchasing, receiving, inspecting, and data entry.
• Explain mechanical system operations to cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Develop and execute individual and project plans as required.
• Manage daily project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
