MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Evaluate and test newly developed or upgraded web/applications.
Develop test plans and test cases, prepare test data and test environment.
Test web/app products, collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality:
- User experience testing.
- Performance testing and issues affecting the functional efficiency of the website.
- Compatibility testing with different devices and browsers.
Monitor, understand in-depth the structure and operation of websites and mobile apps, and quickly provide solutions for user issues when requested.
Analyze and track test-fix results, report test-fix results on the management system.
Communicate and support customers throughout the error handling process.
Compile documentation for testing and product descriptions.
Train users on software usage.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Preferably third or fourth-year students.
Good communication skills in English.
No experience required.
Having attended at least one tester training course is an advantage.
Careful, patient, dynamic, and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork skills and readiness to support other project members.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Eager to learn and committed to participating in the company's internal training and coaching activities.
