Manage the day to day operations of collections from pre-due reminders, early collection to field and legal
Hands on execution of late collection cases, particularly field, legal and recovery
Work closely with branches to ensure collections activities are conducted properly and timely
Collaborate and support branches on collection, especially field and legal collection
Partner with 3rd party collection agencies to outsource late collection and recovery
Train branch staff and collection staff on best collection practices
Develop collection policy, process and guidelines
Prepare and present collection reports/dashboards to team members, local and regional stakeholders

Compensation:
Salary increments and bonus based on OKRs mid-year and year-end review.
13th in accordance with Company’s policies and regulations.
12 days of leaves with full salary. Up to 10 days of sick leave

1. Basic requirements:
Language: Vietnamese and English would definitely be an advantage
2. Qualifications:
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree required
At least 3 year experience in Collection and at least 1 year in Field Collection
Honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
High level of responsibility and self motivation
Patience and stress management
Understand about the governing debt collection practices
Knowledge of various collection techniques
