Group Receivable Accountant EXO Travel Vietnam

Position Overview:

EXO Group Finance team is looking for a receivable accountant to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to be part of professional working environment in a growing multinational corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting in collaboration with EXO accounting teams regarding incoming payments
• Recording transactions timely and accurately into accounting system.
• Recording the interco transactions between booking (GSO) vs Destinations.
• Assist to subsequently prepare bank reconciliations
• Working along with team to prepare summary of interco reconciliation at month-end & ensure balances confirmed
• Be supporting the AR Supervisor for the activities of receivable team.

To handle any other related duties as assigned to the team.

• Bachelor/Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance
• Candidate with 2 years’ experience about account receivable.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
• Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
