VIP- Receive C/S inquiries and handle customer's inquiries
- Play role as a bridge to solve machine's errors, follow shipment between other internal department and customers.
- Make quotation for C/S payment requests
- Manage CS order in ERP
- No KPI
- Work bi-Saturday

- Probation time 100% salary, 13th salary on gross salary basis
