Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement product development strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on blockchain and cryptocurrency markets to identify new product opportunities or enhance existing offerings.
Project Planning and Management: Create detailed plans for projects, establish KPIs, and manage project roadmaps to ensure timely and successful execution.
Compliance Evaluation and Assurance: Collaborate with the legal team to ensure projects comply with KYC/AML regulations, data security, and privacy requirements.
Internal Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and legal departments to communicate strategy and align goals.
