As our Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and building up a long term partnership with 3rd party in order to generate a great deal of revenue.
Role Responsibilities
- Your top priority scope is finding the most effective way to hunt super celeb teachers for the MOET program and recruit academic mentors through partnership with nationwide universities.
- Your daily SOWs are:
+ Working with BD executives, BD interns to guide them through the top funnels: celeb teachers research, cold call, meeting set, follow up,…
+ Join them in the meeting to pitch, negotiate and convince teachers to confirm to work with us.
+ Be responsible for your team pipeline, performance and effectiveness, find the way to optimize your team’s productivity.
