- Manage content on digital platforms (upload, edit, remove) in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Assist with platform development projects, including testing new features before launch.
- Analyze data, create reports, and provide customer insights.
- Support customers and sales teams with platform issues.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and emails.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
