Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts;
Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures;
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions;
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries;
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries;
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries;
Maintains historical records by filing documents;
Prepares financial reports (export from system);
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions;
Reviews periodic accounts and supports accounting related issues of other offices;
Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller;
Review supporting documents and make payment requests in the system;
Review Financial Statements from local accountant to ensure the accuracy of the FS.

Bachelor Degree;
2+ years of experience preferably in web development of solutions/products like SaaS, e-commerce, or online payments;
Good understanding of JavaScript and its frameworks (NodeJS, Angular, Vue.js/Vuex or React/Redux);
At least an intermediate level of English – can speak, chat, and understand English comfortably;
Experience with machine learning/AI is a plus but not required;
Experience with microservice architectures is a plus but not required;
