❖ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders
❖ Recommend valuable services/solutions to meet/exceed the assigned sales targets
❖ Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract
❖ Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders
❖ Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
❖ Negotiating all contracts with the clients.
❖ Manage customer data on the CRM system
❖ Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
