Manage and lead sale agent to achieve monthly target;

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for managing the team, building & implementing business plan to ensure achieving team target/ KPI;
- Always keep close monitoring on the performance of individual and the whole team;
- Orientation of activities and human resource development of the group;
- Support debt collection activities to control overdue/ bad debt ratio;
- Ensure that the team always strictly adheres to the Bank's policies, sale quality management, code of conducts, internal/ external regulations as well;
- Develop new market and potential customers;
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
