RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will be responsible for the following:
• Create and maintain comprehensive to-do lists, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Prepare and review reports as assigned by the chairman, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Assist in the creation, review, and editing of slides, presentations, documents, speeches, and other materials as required by the chairman.
• Take ownership of special projects and events as assigned by the chairman, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the chairman, offering insights and recommendations to enhance decision making processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the chairman and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Facilitate communication between various departments and the chairman while maintaining confidentiality
