Experience:

• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with NodeJS, ReactJs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. o Fluent in both written and spoken English.
